“Sian was very helpful but it seems your atolplus receipt was very confusing and states full payment the day the booking was made which threw us in a bit of panic and I was left trying to transfer money in the evening only to find out it was the system. this was clarified by Sian in the morning whenI spoke to her and also via email. This could have been avoided through a simple update of your system.”
