“I've been blown away by the ladies in Gloucester. We've been unable to travel for so many years and due to a change in circumstances we now jet setting at every opportunity. Each booking..and there is a few they have been brilliant. Very transparent with information, communication is 10/10. Kerry is very informative, Sophie is bang on with helping me keep in budget, Lily has been a great help to with extra requirements.

We lucked out completely as one of your staff had just returned so gave us the full run down of which hotel would suit what we wanted the most and she showed us lots of pictures she took. Both ladies were completely helpful, trying multiple options to find the best fit for our family unit. Due to them coming up with the perfect fit there was then no option but to book straight away as I knew I wouldn’t find better anywhere else.
Another staff member was also in store and all 3 ladies were friendly, helpful and I would 100% recommend popping in to get assistance if you are wanting to plan your next trip.
