“very good, competent and seamless service with no junk mail”

“Very impressed with everyone at Structured Communications - They are friendly and approachable but very professional at all times and we have had excellent advice and help since we were introduced to them a year ago. We share our building with another company who inadvertently cut one of our telephone wires during building work. SC helped us sort it out the same day and couldn't have been more helpful getting us back up and running. Also, we aren't telecomms experts and they are happy to explain everything in ordinary language!”

“From start to finish we have had nothing but outstanding levels of service from both the staff at Structured Communications and the ultra reliable lease line we have from them. Over the years we've had our lease line through them, the few times we have had any issues they've normally realised before us, notified us and got it fixed faster than we could ever expect. You couldn't ask for better service or nicer people to deal with.”

“Keep doing what your doing, you guys are great and I recommend you to everyone because we don't have time in life to grapple with large corporate entitys that couldn't give a damn - people really want a seamless service that doesn't involve battling against a system that really is out of touch and out of control. You guys sort out the glitches immediately, offer tech advice and support and we can read your bills with ease, if you get bigger and I am sure you will I am sure also sure you will get better to (not that you need to) - We refuse to move !!”

“I was paying an extortionate amount to BT for my two ISDN2e lines. Antony Etheridge of Structured Communications' quote was a third of the price. He warned me of the BT cancellation charge, so that I delayed until the next BT price rise. When BT got my final bill wrong, Antony gave me the BT internal billing team number, so that I didn't have to talk to non-specialist customer service people first. I didn't notice the switch from one line to the other. I just notice that my bills are now a third of what they used to be! I wish I could leave a higher rating than Very Good.”
