“We didn't receive any policy documents and so the Storage Unit would not accept and we ended up having to take out their insurance.”

We value all feedback - positive and negative - but in this instance we were not made aware your documents may not have arrived as we would have rectified the situation immediately.

“I have just set up a policy with Store and Insure. The website was easy to negotiate and all information was clear and easily accessible. It’s always reassuring when a telephone number Is available for questions. Speaking to Jeremy convinced me that we’d be in safe hands - also knowing that the policy is underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance. I was glad we didn’t jump at the first low quote we got elsewhere as reading the fine print revealed cover for certain items would have been quite inadequate. At this point my impression is of a very professional company. - I‘d hope any claim would be dealt with equally professionally.”
