“Very pleased with the purchase, the phone staff were easy to talk to and helpful when questions were asked about cutting the cladding and putting the items on the wall. The cladding arrived on a pallet and was well wrapped - no damage. The Universal Tile Adhesive was easy to mix up and to apply. The cladding has been up on the wall approx. 3 - 4 weeks and everything is perfectly okay.”

“We found this Company through an internet search and would definitly recommend them to others. Simon, who we dealt with, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We requested some samples and they arrived the very next day - quite a feat for the Scottish Highlands!! Everything arrived, well packaged and in good time. The delivery was a day or two later than agreed but that was down to the courier not the Company so no complaints there - and it didn't hold us up anyway. We laid the flooring ourselves and are really pleased with the results. Great product and service.”

“Beautiful slate tiles. Customer service was very good before and after the slate arrived. When I had questions they were answered straight away and comprehensively even though mine was a relatively small order. I would recommend this company.”

“I just want to say how much I appreciate the service I received from Charley at Stone Direct. Charley was amazing, her advice invaluable and I couldn't be more pleased with the product. I purchased a quarter circle in slate at for a very reasonable price. The slate was delivered as specified. The whole process was excellent from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Charley and the team to friends and family.”
