“I have not received my gift vouchers ordered a week ago when express delivery was paid for . Carriers are DHL so perhaps it would have been better to use Royal Mail for vouchers as they would have gone through our letterbox within 3days.
I accept that this could be a courier problem of course.”
“Bottle ordered 22 January.Chased up order 3 February to be informed it will be sent out that week.I am still waiting for delivery of my bottle.
Very disappointed this time,as previously all bottles have arrived fairly quickly.”
“Disappointed with the overall service. Ordered OlympiGIN on 3rd August yet postage label wasn’t even printed until the 13th August, coincidentally the day after I enquired about the delay and was informed it had already been despatched. The front label has been poorly applied resulting in creases and bubbles but for me the biggest let down is the fact that it’s a limited edition bottle and you couldn’t even be bothered updating the bottle numbers on the back label. I wonder how many 1/100 bottles will appear on the market in the coming months given we can all just update this information on the bottles ourselves.”
