“I purchased a tour and tasting voucher on 15th July, based on the strong recommendations of family members. Confirmation and shipment emails received on 15th. Money taken from my account. Voucher not yet received at delivery address in Glasgow (today is 25th)! I have sent two emails seeking clarification from Stirling Distillery but I have heard absolutely nothing back. Shocked at this poor service. The voucher was a birthday gift for my daughter (birthday was 17th July).”

“Paid for express delivery and it didn’t arrive. When I contacted they couldn’t care less, said they had been having issues with DHL so not sure why you are still using them?
It was a gift and I had to turn up empty handed. When it eventually arrived I had to post it to my friend which cost me £13 and I have only been given a refund of £5 for the shipping so I’m now out of pocket.
Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.”
“I bought Sons of Scotland the Cashly which is displayed as 14 years old, this was a gift for Christmas but received two 7 year old whiskies instead. No message that they didn't have this in stock at the point of ordering or once dispatched.”
