“I have not received my gift vouchers ordered a week ago when express delivery was paid for . Carriers are DHL so perhaps it would have been better to use Royal Mail for vouchers as they would have gone through our letterbox within 3days.
I accept that this could be a courier problem of course.”

“I ordered whisky by phone and staff were very polite and helpful. I ordered 2 bottles of Cambusbarron whisky which was a birthday gift for a friend who was born in Cambusbarron. Unfortunately delivery was delayed by 4 days and therefore missed recipients birthday. Distillery used DHL carriers who seem to have problems delivering to Highlands. Don't know why you are still using this carrier.”
“as described but poor customer responces took far to long to deliver nearly 9 days to Stirling address and tey are in Stirling. Storm had an effect but they use RM percel service which is poor.”
