“The boots that I received are very good, very comfortable and smart. However, the loops at the rear of the boot are not adequate enough to enable a smooth action when putting them on, I can't even get my little finger into the loop. I do own another pair of Steptronic boots, a different colour and shop bought, the loops on these boots are well and truly adequate .”

“The quality of the shoes are good. The service was not. One of the two pairs I ordered were available on the web store but not in stock. I needed th in a hurry for a funeral. It took several emails backwards and forwards to realize that the available pair had not been sent and that there were no other options, leaving me with less than 48 hours to find an alternative elsewhere.”
