“Quality of leather and comfort were top notch . Small complaint , my size was too big and could not send back in a large enough return bag for the shoes and free gift and will have to pay twice to return both pairs .
I have ordered the smaller size and am v happy , but will have to pay to send the gift back and request another size”

Puts you off ordering in the future , you have to pay for the return and based on having to return both pairs of shoes ordered , they came with a free pair of slippers but couldn’t return both pairs in the bag provided . X2 shipmen’s changes to x4 returns which comes out at £20.00 way too much and doesn’t encourage you to purchase again .”

“Priducts are very good. But by far the best I have bought and would dearly love to replace with an exact replica is your GlenEagles in Brown M5566308L. You have steadfastly refused to produce that shoe, thought you have produced and I have purchased the Glen replacement. I doubt it is quite as good and I would much prefer you did as I suggested and make Gleneagles again, albeit under another name if you need to.”
