“I have been buying these shoes for my son for the last fifteen years. He is on his feet for 13+ hours every day as he works in hospitality. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and wear very well. Our only criticism is that his last couple of pairs have transferred a bright yellow dye onto his socks and ruining them. Perhaps this could be looked at. I have told him to write separately to you to try and get this solved.”

“I love my new pair of Franco’s. I’ve had Steptronics before and glad to be back with a pair for the office. In my view the best blend of comfort and style there is and with the heritage of Northampton, England shoe making. The leather is of clear quality and the sheep skin lining is wonderful, oh and the new shoe smell is sublime! Just one point which almost put me off ordering - no option of free returns, unlike most other top brands. Had the shoes not fitted correctly, paying for a return wouldn’t have been the end of the world but it does make Steptronic uncompetitive in customer service vs. their peers.”
