“I had a pair of Finchley brogues for my daughters wedding. The guy at Slaters said they would be the most comfortable she's I'd ever have. He was right & so when I saw these shoes on offer I bought two pairs! Great buy & as comfortable as the last pair! 👍”
“Be careful. Should you nod like your shoes/boots and you have to return for refund you will not have original postage or return postage refunded. In total this has cost me C. £18.00.

“The shoes are nice, but the costumer service is not. I cannot believe that you have to pay for the return of a product like shoes.
Shoes size can be different, depending on the model, so the return should be funded by the company. In my case I bought a pair of shoes that size 10 was perfect for me, and I had to return these new pairs because 10 was small.”
“Great shoe brand! my second pair, and while trying them on after I ordered them online, it was like a sock around my feet, no pain what so ever.
I have problem due to wide feet and this brand gives me the necessary confort for a fair price!

“This is my 4th pair of Steptronic shoes. I have always found them comfortable to wear but unfortunately the finish isn't as good as previous purchases. It has a matt finish and is difficult to shine. I have had them for a few days and I'm already looking for an alternative. Disappointed”
“Shoes are extremely comfortable. Which is why i continued now to buy my third and fourth pair. However, the quality should be better. The stitching broke on both 1st & 2nd pair after a year.
Now I need to buy for at least 150£ before steptronic can ship to Denmark. Also the import taxes/VAT customs was 104€!?!? That’s around the same as one pair of shoes which is insane! Unless that changes I will have to find another brand of comfortable shoes. Which would be a shame.”
“Hi - the boots I bought are very well made and look top drawer. Despite lots of other reviews saying that the shoes are immediately super comfortable, I am of the opinion that a bit of wearing in is required. The huge hole in my heal stands as evidence. But, you know, leather shoes often need wearing in so still top marks.”
“I bought two pairs of shoes which are excellent. Very comfortable, no need to break in. I recently bought the Lucerne boot as I am walking several miles per day to the train station then in London. These took a couple of days to break in around the ankle and are now supremely comfortable, very smart, and proper rubber sole is sure-footed on ice. Great value and highly recommended”
