Very careful listening and expert understanding of my needs, almost automatic delivery of amendments / corrections needed in the text that I submitted and few sets of very stylish proofs. Prompt and accurate guidance as to what products I could use. Immediate communication at all points and excellent quality stamps! Thank you!”
