“The round stamp was good, however, the large stamp was very misleading. When it arrived the print was very small and so was the stamp which appeared to be almost one centimetre or white border which was quite a waste of space”

Regarding the two larger rectangular stamps, I have checked your order on our system and the artwork submitted has a large border outside the text, this has meant that the stamp has been made to the exact requirements of the artwork provided. Hi Humeyra, I’m sorry to hear of your poor experience with us, I would like to apologise as this is not in keeping with our high standards. When stamping on glass we recommend allowing 5 minutes for the ink to dry, as this is a non-porous surface sometimes dry times can be a little longer than this as a result of the air humidity.
