“Paid for express delivery but the stamp wasn't dispatched for almost a week - chased this with customer services who weren't particularly helpful. When the stamp finally arrived it was wrong and didn't match the design/instructions uploaded. Informed the customer service team about this mishap who again were not particularly bothered that the stamp was both late and incorrect. A new stamp was made and sent out but again this took quite a while, even though express shipping had been selected initially and that they had made the wrong stamp.”

As stated in our delivery time section on our website turnaround times for our rubber stamps is currently 4 days, therefore the delivery method timeframe does not begin until the product has left our warehouse. “it's ok. stamp is nice enough but I ordered the StazOn ink for stamping on a plastic bag. Easily wipes off with a cloth. wouldn't buy again.”

Our StazOn ink pads are suitable to be used on various non-porous surfaces such as glass, metal, acrylic, leather and plastic. As plastic is classed as a non-porous material, we recommend leaving the ink to dry for up to 5 minutes to ensure it does not smudge (this timing varies based on material used and humidity). Please note stamped images on non-porous surfaces may rub off if handled repeatedly. If you have any other queries, please don’t hesitate to ask. Kind regards Abbie
