“Took a month to arrive. I ordered stickers which look like I’ve printed them myself it’s such low quality and even worse they’ve come on a4 sheets of paper so I can’t give them to customers. There’s no product explanation so I went off the example picture which was obviously a mistake. Waste of £78 as these aren’t even good enough for packaging due to lack of coating.”

“Service is poor, order My items on the 16th December. Still waiting although they were dispatched on the 20th Dec. Then I received an email asking me to rate my item, although I haven't receive it. Try to call stampit to get them to contact courier but they kept sending me to busy tone, or hang up without answering. Not improve”

“On ordering I expected delivery in 3 or 4 days, had to chase my order twice, first told production was delayed a week, then told it would be in the new year, this didn't work for me so asked for a refund, now having to chase this for the second time!!”

“Great quality stamp, quickly delivered. Only down side was we wanted a larger stamp, but when ordering, I noticed that the size of the ink pads on offer didn't go up to the larger sizes of stamps they can make. So we downgraded the size of stamp to go with the maximum sized ink pad available. That's me being petty to be fair. Delivery was very prompt considering we ordered on the run up to Christmas and there were postal strikes etc. To contend with. I would highly recommend using stampit if you need a custom stamp. 10/10”

We can only apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. “Poor experience dealing with this store. The live agent was very helpful in confirming production and delivery lead times (1 week) but customer support is poor. The reason for the latter relates to the fact that is very hard to reach them via telephone, and when I managed to do as such - my query was forgotten - had to reach them again the next day. Even though they've refunded my order in full, their excuse for not having the order ready, shipped and delivered was justified by their lead time, which wasn't a problem when I proceeded with the purchase.”
