“The product is perfect and is exactly what i needed. well made and looks great. I wasn't so impressed by the communication aspect. i waited the 1-3 business days in which i was told my order would be ready. As that time passed I hadn't had a proof sent to me or an acknowledgement of my order. The weather was severe so I definitely wasn't expecting it to be posted etc however they did not respond to my messages which made me nervous as I began to think I was getting scammed. I eventually found an email address and contacted them through this. An behold I finally got a response on Etsy. 6 days after ordering. told they couldn't get into the workshop, But I would hope they'd still have a way to respond to customers. I have the business app on my phone for my shop for example. Just a bit ridiculous. thats why I gave them 3 stars”

Hi Elisa If you are not happy with the size please email us at hello@stampit.co.uk. Where we can help you with a bigger size. We can only do stamps to the size our customers request and looking at your design they where wonderful but 15mm is very small. Please contact us so we can help you with this.
