“I ordered my on stamp on 4/11/18 with a next day delivery all paid for in advance. I was shocked to receive an email from Dwaine Richardson at 18:10 on the 5-11-18 when my order was supposed despatched saying that my stamp would not be delivered as it has failed a quality check! And in the 6-11-18 the actual date that I was supposed to receive my stamp, is when I got proof reading and my stamp was sent after that, anyway I got it on the 7/11/18 despite paying for next day delivery with my order on the 4/11/18. Dwaine’s excuse was because he was busy going through his emails, he obviously doesn’t know how to prioritise his work for next day delivery, otherwise he would have phoned me immediately to advise on late delivery or any changes needed on my order. Learn to prioritise and deliver as per Agreement.”
