“Designed a new stamp on the online tool, which apparently had recently been updated. After frustratingly losing the design a few times I was nearly giving up and goimg elsewhere. In a last ditch attempt as I liked the way I could design I contacted someone via the live chat. They were hugely helpful and managed to sort out the problems for me without further frustration. Stamp has now arrived and is lovely. Can't fault them, they did all they could to sort out the problem quickly and efficiently.”
