“Hello there, I recently ordered a bespoke stamp with 'handmade by Susie Blue' on it. It's a great product but is completely different to the design I asked for. I worked closely with you to get it right so was really disappointed. It was supposed to be a flower crest but it's actually more like a football logo crest with a few flowers. It's not anything like the design we agreed! Your customer service was great throughout the process but the final product wasn't 100% what I agreed to. Thank you, Sally.”
