“So, so good! My design was quite intricate and I can’t believe how accurately it was represented by the stamp! Exactly what I wanted. Really quick turnaround even allowing for Bank Holiday. Very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“I liked the on-line design tool- easy to choose styles and fonts, plus simple to upload existing logo. My company has a long name so only one of the three font choices fitted, I'd have liked a second font choice that fitted my lexicon. My logo is quite long, so was a little small on the final design- my fault as I could have tried a larger stamp design. What arrived was as portrayed in my final design and fit for purpose. I liked the self-inking stamp design and protective cover was a bonus. Delivered on time and matched my spec.”

“I ordered two Japanese style rubber stamps: 2 cm sq. Nice stamps. But I have found communicating with the company not so straightforward. Chat options dried up without questions being answered, though clarification by phone was a bit better. I really would like an embosser to use on my relief prints but my designs when uploaded lose corners (I think I want a square logo on an embosser which is round). I think I need the long reach heavy-duty embosser but it's not so easy to commit to a £180 purchase without clarity and my experience of previous enquiries has not been so good. Buying something I've never owned before is a bit of a leap of faith at such a price.”

“Bought an embosser a month ago, still haven't received my order yet. If I could give it less than 1 star I would, have sent numerous emails to chase them, keep getting told that it's being sent out on this day or this day...but it never does, think I'm just being told lies at this point? Been told that their system was down so gave them the benefit of the doubt, (order was placed before it went down) but here I am still waiting patiently, wish I'd gone elsewhere as they've wasted a lot of my time. I had high hopes and was very excited for my order, but now that's gone and I wouldn't recommend it. Can't comment on the actual product however as I still don't have it.”
