“Wonderful customer service and helpful staff. Absolutely would have been five stars were it not for the fact that the embossing stamp I ordered arrived merely placed in a box with no packaging to prevent damage in transit (see attached photo). The stamp itself seems to be good quality apart from a small raised portion of the plastic dye which leaves an imprint outside the design (see 2nd photo).”

“Great service. I requested to add company number on the stamp, it was promptly addressed and a replacement rubber dye was sent in few days. Also a small delay in shipping was compensated by free upgrade to first class courier. Happy that they addressed everything promptly..”
