“Happy with the detail on the stamp as I was unsure the lettering would be clear. A little disappointed with the overall workmanship. The stamp is off at an angle and this seems a bit sloppy to me (see image).”

Hi Essa So we checked your order that was shipped the very next day after you placed the order. You sent 2 emails on Monday the 18th ( Bank Holiday) when we were closed and then today the 19th that we replied right away to as we returned from a bank holiday weekend.
