“The business of ordering a tailor made stamp is not the easiest on your website: its complicated where it doesnt need to be. My stamp was not cheap either, considering how few words (22) I wanted there to be on the stamp. It works well -so it should for nearly £30!”

“first sent wrong agreed stamp format, then return lable does not have bar code that the post office accepts so currently still waiting for a return label to send incorrect stamp back”

“Was disappointed with the delivery. I could not change the delivery address online and added it to the comment box, I also had an online conversation with stampit who assured me it would be delivered to the correct address and it wasn't. Not very impressed.”

Hello Emma We are very sorry, We did have an issue that affected a few customers selecting a different delivery address. I am aware looking at the message trail that you did message us and it was still sent to your billing address. We are hugely sorry about this. Please let me know if you have the stamp now and if there is anything we can do as an apology.

“Good online help with design of stamp. But slight mix up with order type and payment and would have been nice to make it more evident that stamp did not come with and Ink Pad!! could have ordered one at extra cost but that was not made clear.”

“Disappointed with the stamp received as quite illegible. These small stamps need to be limited on what is written as when you are completing it on screen it looks very clear but actually in real life it's really not. I will be ordering another one but a larger one I think. Customer care cannot be faulted though.”

Hello Thanks so much for leaving us feedback. We appreciate loyalty stamps being so small at 10mm diameter can be hard to read when there is allot of text on it. We can't reduce or restrict how much text is entered unfortunately on our online stamp designer. 10mm stamps are essentially only really for very simple details, like a small clipart or one or two words at most. We do not want any of our customer being unhappy with any of our products we are a small family business and our business has grown on trust and recommendations, so on that basis please can you email Daniel at daniel@stampit.co.uk and he will happily remake you another (larger) stamp free fo charge. “Hello there, I recently ordered a bespoke stamp with 'handmade by Susie Blue' on it. It's a great product but is completely different to the design I asked for. I worked closely with you to get it right so was really disappointed. It was supposed to be a flower crest but it's actually more like a football logo crest with a few flowers. It's not anything like the design we agreed! Your customer service was great throughout the process but the final product wasn't 100% what I agreed to. Thank you, Sally.”
