“Hi. Thanks for the stamp.It's just what I was looking for, sturdy and very well made. It's a large stamp and I wanted to make use of the 6mm depth by marking the clay items I am making quite deeply. I initially experienced an issue with the lettering as the air pressure that built up inside the stamp caused the edging to be really deep and the lettering to be shallow. As the design I chose is an enclosed shape there was nowhere for the air to escape and if i rocked the stamp backwards and forwards the edges cut it far too deeply again. I fixed the issue by making 2 tiny pinholes in the side of the stamp which allows the air to escape when pressing down on the clay. You can see in image 2 the results are far better (the stamps shown are just demos and the clay was a bit hard that's why it's flaking a bit). Thanks again for the great service.”
