“I’m sad to say that I am disappointed by the service I received for this item.\nWhen it arrived it had been made incorrectly, not with the design advertised.\nSarah apologised that a new worker had joined their team and said that she would send out a new stamp with the correct design.\nAround 3 weeks later I had yet to receive this, so contacted Sarah again. She agreed to send it out again as it should have arrived with me by that point.\nShe also agreed to give me a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, due to the inconvenience caused, yet weeks later I haven’t received this and have been ignored when I have tried to follow this up. \nAs a new business I wanted to launch prepared and having these issues compromised the quality i was able to provide.\nI HATE to give a negative review, but really feel let down by a service I trusted.”
