I also like the solidity and weight of the (reclaimed oak) base & the handle. The stamp arrived in good time too. I'm also glad Stampit use Royal Mail for regular deliveries (more feet less vehicles than other couriers so greener, and reliable)”

“Unprofessional, I haven't recieved my parcel and they send me an email asking for a review of a parcel I am still yet to receive. When ordering I was under the impression I would receive my parcel around the estimated delivery, and I thought that was only fair for the price I paid for their products. Its quite shambolic of me to even be writing a review for products I haven't even received and I don't know if I will even receive them at this point.”

“Ordered an item, was delivered late. When it arrived, it included incorrect items. When i was told it would be recitfied, no further contact. Emails/phone calls went unanswered. When i finally got hold of them, they were not helpful. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, 2 months later. First rule of any business in this field is customer service. Doesn't fill me with confidence dealing with this company.”
