“Very poor customer service. Sent email with mistakes in measurements. There was no subsequent apology. Their emails were confusing and they did not answer the questions I asked them properly. I sent them an image cropped to exactly 15cm x 10cm which was the size of the stamper I was paying for. The stamper image I received was almost 3cm smaller. They gave some explanation that I could not have had it the size I asked for but why not if it fitted into my cropped image of that size perfectly? Not impressed.”

Hi Carol, I’m sorry to hear of your poor experience with us, I would like to apologise as this is not in keeping with our high standards. I would like to apologise for the miscommunication regarding size. The image sent to us was 150mm x 126mm so was too big for the stamp chosen (150mm x 100mm), as discussed this was scaled down to fit your chosen stamp and approved by yourself for production. “THIS IS THE SECOND STAMP ORDERED IN 6 MONTHS, FIRST ONE WENT ASTRAY FOR AGES, BUT WHEN DELIVERED IT WAS VERY HIGH QUALITY....SECOND STAMP WAS ORDERED THIS MONTH, WRONG STAMP ARRIVED! “Paid for express delivery but the stamp wasn't dispatched for almost a week - chased this with customer services who weren't particularly helpful. When the stamp finally arrived it was wrong and didn't match the design/instructions uploaded. Informed the customer service team about this mishap who again were not particularly bothered that the stamp was both late and incorrect. A new stamp was made and sent out but again this took quite a while, even though express shipping had been selected initially and that they had made the wrong stamp.”

As stated in our delivery time section on our website turnaround times for our rubber stamps is currently 4 days, therefore the delivery method timeframe does not begin until the product has left our warehouse.
