“the stamp itself is ok but the stamp pad you suggested on your page is not big enough for the stamp”

To resolve this we can email you a returns label to return the ink pad and receive a refund for this item. “Really surprised with my order arriving with the acrylic dye offset from the handle. However, albeit the communication was above and beyond to have it replaced, the additional time required to do would not prove well for my curing soap. So with a little research, I used nail polish remover to separate both parts to re-glue. Worked a treat and cost less than sending it back in the post. It did however warp the acrylic just a little, but it still does the job.”

“We ordered our stamp and it arrived fairly quickly but the design wasn't quite right (it didn't have a full box around our logo as per our design, it only had one line). I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement updated stamp that was to our specifications which arrived the very next day. Can't ask for much more than that really, excellent service. The stamp feels robust and good quality, very happy :)”
