“Purchased 2 stamps one was faulty, it was lopsided, rough and dirty (see photo) requested refund and have heard nothing from them for over a week now. Still no refund and no response to several emails. Pretty poor customer service and a shame as the stamp that was ok I was really pleased with and had intended to order more but not now. I'll take my custom elsewhere”
