“The web site was a bit confusing. The online ' design your own stamp' was not very user friendly, so I phoned the staff on the number provided. They were all very helpful and, once I assured them I wanted custom wording, everything went quickly and efficiently. I quickly received a 'proof' via email, phoned them back to give my card details, and received the stamp a couple of days later. Really good service, and friendly staff. I'm not sure how they do math, but the invoice didn't make any sort of mathematical sense. Still, when I worked it out properly, I could see got a good deal... I'm looking forward to getting that 15% off my next order, though it may be more or less, as I guess it all depends on how they do the math....”
