“I brought a pair of neoprene wellies - although they were lovely they were really big in size. I ordered the next size down and they were still far too big. A size 3 easily fits my size 5 feet. Returns were easy”

“Lovely boots, however after a few days of wearing them, the reflective stripe on the back is peeling off. Quite disappointing for the price :(”

“We got 2 pairs of wellies - they are very nice and cosy but unfortunately the fleece line wellies do let water in (from the sole? ).”

“Good quality otter dungarees but we’re too big so returned and asked for size down of same item. Feel really annoyed that spotty otter not able to do that straight swop. … how many lost orders does that result ?? 🤷‍♀️”

“The child's wellies are such well made and warm. My grandson has now had 3 pairs as he had grown. The delivery was very poor and would never purchase them again if the seller uses the postal service!!”

“Great product and good value for money. We did have some difficulties with delivery, with our parcel being “lost” for a few days by the Post Office. Indy from Spotty Otter was really helpful in sorting this out. So why 3 stars? So disappointed with the packaging. The coat came in a plastic bag within another plastic bag. Surely the inner bag could have been paper based. This is particularly disappointing given Spotty Otters partnership with National Parks and the Otter Trust.”
