“I brought a pair of neoprene wellies - although they were lovely they were really big in size. I ordered the next size down and they were still far too big. A size 3 easily fits my size 5 feet. Returns were easy”

“Purchased one of their insulated forest leader jackets. Arrived within 24hrs and appears to be a very well made jacket. It's warm and has nice little details such as fleece where it's likely to make skin contact. I have no doubt this will keep my little one dry in even the worst weather.”

“We brought a black micro zip up fleece as an in between base layer for our son who attends an outdoor/forest primary school. This layer is amazing and doesn’t take up much room underneath jumpers and has stretch too so it’s flexible and great for an active child. My DS is 9 but is tall so wears age 14 clothes and I just wish there was more choice of clothing for this age range in spotty otter. We have the jacket and waterproof trousers too but again not much choice in this age range. Our school goes up to secondary so more options for the older child would be appreciated.”

“I have been buying Spotty Otter products for 9 years now and have never been disappointed. The Patrol is always my son's winter coat and the Adventure Jacket for the summer. They are the only ones he'll wear. The quality is always fabulous, they wash well and they're comfortable. I can't remember him ever getting cold or wet in the winter with the Patrol, the fleece lining is lovely, but doesn't make the jacket too bulky. I like the reflective strips for safety and the snug-fitting hood which doesn't blow down in the wind. The same goes for the Patrol in the summer, it really is waterproof and the hood stays up even in strong winds. We've also had a couple of pairs of Forest Leader wellies over the years which again I would give 5 stars for comfort and reliability.”
