“Customer service absolutely amazing! The company got in touch to query my prescription and after speaking to a lovely lady, she recommended a cheaper mask but wanted to check her advice with a colleague. Very soon after her call, a lovely advisor called Martin phoned to confirm her recommendation and changed the order, sent me a partial refund and dispatched the order with next day delivery. They provided the opportunity to try the mask and return if there was a problem. There wasn’t, it’s absolutely brilliant and I am really grateful for the amazing service, the opportunity to save some money and to try the product so quickly. I contacted sports eyewear direct and they couldn't have been more helpful. They rushed through another order for me, FOC and got them delivered in time for our family ski holiday.
