My mother in law is a celiac, and any hint of gluten, she becomes very sick. It was her birthday a week ago, and after a rough year, I really wanted her to just enjoy one of life’s simplest happy moments. Cake on your own birthday. Trying to find a pretty, tasty, fluffy and gluten free cake is just so difficult. After googling ‘gluten free cake’, this website came up as celiac certified. Immediately I clicked, and was so happy with the options and dietary requirements. I ordered the lemon meringue gluten free cake as lemon is her favourite,
And the delivery explanation of ordering a day earlier was also incredibly helpful. There has been so many compliments on this cake! Absolutely delightful! The delivery was more than successful, it wasn’t damaged or broken. The cake was completely in one piece and perfect.
