“This is the 3rd time I have ordered gluten free cakes and brownies from 'Sponge’ and all products have been excellent.
Last year the cakes were slightly damaged in transit, but Customer Services were speedy and superb in their response. I am really pleased to see that this year’s packaging has been totally updated to custom made boxes and the medium 1kg cakes and brownies were delivered in perfect condition, by Amazon, on the day specified.
I have in the past frozen cakes for a later date and they have defrosted perfectly.
