Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, we began by supplying and installing splashbacks to local home owners. For the last few years, we have been working alongside companies such as Starplan, Dream Doors and Intoto Kitchens.

“We ordered 2 splashbacks for our new kitchen, based on mock-ups produced by Lee-anne's team. One of the splashbacks was perfect. The other was very different from its mock-up and we didn't like it. We felt there should have been consultation with us before they chose to change it. Lee-anne stopped replying to our emails and we have had no further response despite our attempts to contact them. There is no way of phoning the company to try to resolve this issue. We have not been able to use the splashback they sent. I would not use this company again.”

Hello, As mentioned at the time. You asked for image proofs based on a specific sizes. When you ordered the size had changed.... we can not make the same image fir identically in different sizes. We also have lots of customers so the new sizes ordered did not tie in with the previous proof requested and thus you were sent the image that fit your splashback. I'm sorry that you are not happy, but there is notching anyone can do in that situation to make things the same.

“This is an honest review of a splashback which I've ordered with this company. I have to admit that I've never expected such a long delivery time and such a bad image quality. If I'd have a choice again then I'd never use this company. The product is expensive with a very poor image quality. Image Quality: Poor I've ordered a world map image and what I received is of much different quality to what I initially ordered. It's also different to the image I was provided before the print. It is a terrible print like from a mobile phone or just simple JPG file and it's not professionaly looking at all: - the names of countries are blurry and have bad shape, but should be sharp - the shadows are badly done - there are irregular white backgrounds around some letters while some others don't have it - it looks like a 'Pixels' movie! I've contacted the company about it and I've received the following answer: - 'unfortunately there is no option to return because you do not like the print' [On Tue, Oct 10] Glass quality: acceptable I think that the glass quality is acceptable. It seems solid, but I'm not to sure how else I can test it within 24 hours after the delivery. Delivery: Very long time The production and delivery took over 2 months: - an order was made on the 31st July 2017 - delivery was done on the 9th October 2017. I've been contacting the seller few times asking about the delivery date and the only response I've got was: - 'Thank you for your email, your order is with our printer at present and in process of being done - when it is returned back - which may be tomorrow , but also may be next week [...] once done will be ready to leave.' [On Thu, Sep 14, 2017 at 2:11 PM] - 'your order is still with our printer [...] we are pushing this through asap [...] We hope to have it back in the next few days' [On Mon, Oct 2, 2017] Delivery package: Good This was a really well packed product and the package really makes sure that the glass will arrive securely. I do have all the emails I've sent to and received from this seller. I also wanted to include the photos proving the terrible image quality, but the splashbacks-uk doesn't allow any photos in their reviews.”

I was excited and wanted to surprise my wife and I've installed it quickly. The glass was fine, there were no cracks etc, but I din't check the image closely... until it was on the wall and my wife noticed it straight away that the print quality is very bad. Hello Mr Magrian, We are sorry you did not like your splashback. To address a few of your points - the printed products take around 5/6 weeks to manufacture. This is conveyed to you at the start of the order, they do take a long time to get the quality right. The splashback has been supplied as ordered, the writing on the world map image is by default edgy (not pixalated) . We had sent through a proof of image were if you open it - this can easily be seen. The image proof you confirmed you were happy with. All the images on the website have been chosen with a high file size for this precise reason and this file is a vector file that can be reproduced to most sizes. On correspondence form yourself you had initially said that it had arrived safely, you were happy and you installed the splashback as a surprise for your wife. It was then when she didn't like the splashback you sought means to find fault. Unfortunately, with a bespoke product there is no option to return it because of a change of heart.

Sorry - also to add - we do allow photo's with reviews. many other customers have uploaded their images with no problem.
