I am very sorry to hear that you thought our service to you was lacking. I thought we took a very proactive role in sorting your order out for you. When you placed your orders with us you did not inform us that delivery needed to be booked in with security. This led to the failed delivery. We took it upon ourselves to call the delivery point direct who I believe emailed you to inform you of the failed delivery and ask you to make security aware that it would be re-delivered only 2 days later. We like to resolve any issue with utmost speed and efficiency, I am sorry if you thought or endeavours seemed 'pushy' in any way.
