“The website was very easy to use and I received the delivery quickly. One thing to point out was the excess of packaging. I ordered some drip trays but felt the amount of bubble wrap, plastic and the size of box was too much. I understand the need to protect the product but thought there was too much used.”

“Ordered a damaged oil drum bund. Arrived damaged, emailed and sent a picture o the damage to Spillshop. Had no response and still haven't sent a replacement. So not a great customer response service. Mark”

Hello Mark. We are not used to receiving negative reviews and that is why I called you immediately after receiving yours. I explained that we had examined our email logs and that no email of complaint or imagery was received from you. Further, I asked that you forward the original email to me so that we could rectify your complaint. I have still not received any communication from you so feel your review is rather harsh.
