“Ordered a damaged oil drum bund. Arrived damaged, emailed and sent a picture o the damage to Spillshop. Had no response and still haven't sent a replacement. So not a great customer response service. Mark”

Hello Mark. We are not used to receiving negative reviews and that is why I called you immediately after receiving yours. I explained that we had examined our email logs and that no email of complaint or imagery was received from you. Further, I asked that you forward the original email to me so that we could rectify your complaint. I have still not received any communication from you so feel your review is rather harsh.

“I mistakenly bought the water-repellant bund sleeves instead of the water absorption. Despite immediately informing them and not opening the bag in which they came, Spill shop refused to exchange them citing they could not know if they had been used. It was so obvious they hadn't. Quite ironic given the polythene bag in which they were delivered was not sealed, just a clear polythene bag with a short piece of tape nipping the middle together.”
