“Love this tub. This is my third tub and by far the best. Steve is great and a pleasure to deal with. Martyn goes into great detail on handover which is vital. Altogether great people and would highly recommend to anyone”

“Great service from the outset. I was going to reskin my old tub but supply problems prevented that. However, Steve came up with a great deal on a refurbished one that looks as good as new Can I just say that Martin, who delivered and installed it exactly at the time he said, was brilliant and was exactly what I needed to explain the right way to look after the tub. I hope I have captured all his wisdom to enable me to look after this one for even longer”

“Steve at Softub Midlands was informative and helpful from the start. There was no pushy salesmanship and he answered all of our many questions very honestly. We had to wait 9 months for our hot tub, but it was certainly worth it as we are loving our tub. I would recommend the Artesian Spa range and Softub Midlands with no hesitation.”

Although it had to be craned over our house due to narrow access we had total confidence in this process - they were efficient, careful and put our minds at ease.
