"We were so impressed with Steve, Softub representative at Ullersthorpe Garden Centre. We chose one we liked (hard shell, not Softub) but after the man with the crane said \"no can do\", we went back to Steve and he showed us the alternative...Softub. It ticks all the boxes for us: hot water and jets at the same time if so required, jet strength variable, lovely colour-changing light, easy setup and maintenance, can get it through house, efficient in electricity compared to other tubs, very well insulated (NASA material). They rolled it through the front door and out the back onto the prepared surface no problem. Then Martin took over to set it up and show how to use and maintain it. He was thorough and answered every stupid question from me with total patience. Daily, weekly and monthly tasks, I originally thought would be cumbersome and detailed, were washed away by Martin's very clear instructions. It's all become a bit of a doddle now. Two months in and the honeymoon period is still with us. We love our Softub."

On delivery I was fully instructed on how to look after our hot tub. We have had our Iris tub 4 months and it\u2019s been a great tub keeping the water on temperature and clean. I have just done it\u2019s first water change which went perfectly well following the instructions from the installer\r\n "
