“I called before purchasing online, and was greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful lady who educated me about the different types of baths, jets etc.. after i placed the order, everything went really smoothly. all the way to delivery. the bath itself was very easy to fit and get it working. and it is a really good experience to get in it, i am yet to try the different salts and stuff.. but even with a simple radox bath liquid it feels great..”

“I can’t fault the service of the whirlpool bath shop. We have had a few issues - the bath we originally chose could not be delivered due to a supplier issue but a new one was sourced and delivered just a day later than planned and we were kept informed of this at all times. A couple of the jets kept coming off 1 of these were easily fixed with a phone call, one just needed screwed in a little better and the other a few replacements were sent out and arrived the next day. I am now extremely happy with our bath and the excellent customer service we have received.”

Hi Gheorghe, Sorry to hear that, Carron supply boxed leg sets per bath type. We would only open to fit legs if we fit a spa system which we didn't. Do you still need one? we can send out by carrier. Just let us know 01489 797 130.

“Driver wouldn't allow me to unload and said item needed remain on pallet. Left. And on instructing plumber fit he noticed corner missing. Huge chipped off piece. Covered now with tile and silicon. Not happy.”
