“Very pleased with my purchase . Great communication ,made sure my requirements were carried out, emailed me to make sure with diagram. Delivery was on time which was excellent as it was being delivered to me in France. Very good company to deal with, would recommend and buy from again an easy 5 star ! Thanks.”

“After having a complete disaster with another company(BB?) we are so lucky to have found The Whirlpool Bath Shop. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted, on time including the delivery date, but are so pleased with the product. Now it has been installed we are very impressed with the functions of it. We will enjoy many a bath with this product. I would give the company 10 out of 10 for everything, Unlike the previous company who we would give minus 10 !”

Although they were out of stock on one of my articles, they sent the bulk of my order and then followed up to complete the order within a couple of days. The bath oils they supply are next to none, both in senses, aroma and feel on the skin, try them you wont be disappointed :-)”

“Needed parts for our whirlpool bath just happened to come across whirlpool bath shop. Explained the parts I was after not knowing whether these parts existed. Sent an e-mail and photo of my bath and parts I was after. Next day a reply with a great outcome that they had the parts in stock and useful information on another plumbing part. Paid on line and within 2 days received the order. As they had helped me out so efficiently and quickly I placed a further order with them for the whirlpool sanitiser and tablets which came as quick and at a fair price. Would I use them a gain, what do you think? Hence that’s why they get 5* from me”
