“5 STARS. Fantastic customer service with a fast and detailed response to my query before purchase. After I made a purchase, the delivery arrived on time. Top quality product. I liked having the Sotto WhatsApp group available should I have needed to follow up on anything. Not that I needed to.”

“Fantastic customer service. Becky was so helpful in helping me to get additional tiles from the warehouse when they became out of stock and I needed a few to complete a project. When minor issues arose, the team were fantastic at reaching a resolution. I wouldn’t go with another tile company after receiving such brilliant service. Thank you for going the extra mile.”
