“Poor quality product Emailed my disappointment and was literally told the product will shed fibres and that maybe I should haves got a different type. The product is not shedding single fibres, it’s shedding tufts and block the hoover every time I clean it.”

“I ordered some coir matting a week ago. They have taken my money but absolutely nothing from them. They advertise next day delivery but there's still no sign of my matting and no communication although I have tried phoning, emailing and messaging through their website. I really regret using this company..”

“They do not state all the information you require when purchasing a floor. They missed out vital temperature specification. The flooring I purchased stated it was ideal for bathrooms and kitchen however, the direct sun in our kitchen makes the luxury vinyl flooring ripple each day. We have no other option but to replace it all! Contacted the company director who fobbed me off via email. Happy to take a lot of money off me but offer no after sales or resolution. AVOID and go with a well known high street company or flooring specialist.”
