“Great products , bought some nice looking LVT with a good wear layer. Samples are available which is good , free delivery , but that's why they loose a star. DPD clearly can't read red labels on 4 packages....glue down LVT should be stored flat , the delivery driver propped them up against a wall with the LVT bowing in the middle. If I had more than 31 minutes notice that they were being delivered I could have ensured I was home. I didn't even know it was being delivered that day , never mind a time slot. I think Flooring UK should use another courier before it damaged their reputation beyond repair. See attached photos , showing how the flooring was left outside my house against a busy road , and planks bowing.”

“Very pleased with flooring now it's down and delivery was excellent however, I feel that the description on line is totally incorrect as I was expecting plans as it says not tiles as I received.”

“Flooring arrived quickly but 1/5 of it was not delivered. Contacted seller and the sent rest of order next day....no quibbling. My floor fitter laid the floor and it is beautiful.”

“I am pleased with the new floor in my en-suite bathroom. The overall effect is a little darker than I had expected. I realised there would be variations over the whole area, but the contrast between the lightest and darkest parts is greater than expected from the sample - it would have been helpful to receive a slightly larger piece.”

“Flooring UK were great, but the product we bought (grey coloured coconut matting, off the role) wasn't so good. After a month of use the fibres continue to pop out all over the shop, and sometimes leaving some very noticeable holes (they tend to 'cover over' with further wear, but the threads just keep on coming!). So, great company/supplier, but on this ocasion the quality is not quite there and we retrospectively wish we'd bought the more expensive product we saw on sale from a competitor.”
