“Service contact, Suzanne Simmins, very help ful. Had engineer to site so issue could be resolved same day, and able to secure building over night. (system had shown as in tamper. so no reset from our access. )”

“Came to install a pager control unit, had a few issues with it and contacted another engineer who came out and together they managed to sort the problem.”

“Engineers arrived promptly after the initial fault call. They werevery professional on site and found the fault and rectified it quickly. However, I have some concerns as the fault was found that a smoke detector was wired incorrctly and only Solid state have worked on the system.”
