“Attended site asking to do PPM early - didn’t have job details, didn’t reinstate all lights at end of works. Recently asked for a quote to clean cctv system - quoted for use of MEWP - no available access for MEWP - mental - feel very much like I’m pushing water up hill when dealing with them”
