“He was very knowledgeable. Knew what he was doing. He was very polite. He turned up 15 mins after I had a phone call from the office to ask if he could attend to do the service. He tried to get a problem sorted, but unfortunately was unable to do so.”

“Service was ok but for the cost and the amount of time it took as engineers were spending a lot of time in the canteen. After I came in on the Tuesday we still had the issue with the beams and had to call them out again. We may need to look at getting engineers on site at the beginning of the week in case any problems.”

“Great quick efficient service. The engineer resolving several issues for oúr company. Email/quote service also very quick and helpful. Only bit of constructive feedback was they turned up without any prior warning, which caught oút oúr production manager. Apart from that woúld highly recommend”
