“Snowfinders were fantastic and provided a first class service from our initial enquiry, to booking and with any last minute questions (we travelled in a group of 15.. so there were plenty of questions!)! They were always prompt on email and phone call responses and nothing was too much trouble! I will most certainly be using them again. Snowfinders made me feel at ease when purchasing an unknown holiday for so many people.”

“We have used Snowfinders before and always found them to be very good. This time, Lisa was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. She took into account our 'wish list' of priorities and the holiday we had in Arraba was one of the best skiing holidays we have had. We prebooked our ski hire and lift passes which saved time and made for a stress free trip. The owner of the hotel (which exceeded our expectations) even gave us a lift to the ski hire shop the night we arrived, just before it closed so that we missed the queues and were ready to go the following day. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a good holiday plenty of snow for skiing 2 days the snow was too heavy and we were unable to ski I thought the hotel was good but lacked enough choice for the meals Overall it was nice to have another skiing holiday with my family and we will go again to somewhere where there’s a bit more to do”

“Rapid response to all our questions and much help sorting out a large group with different departure airports etc They tried every way to make sure we got a good price which we did . Lisa in Sales was a true gem.”

“I have been using Snowfinders services for every ski trip since 2014. We have been every year barring lock down. They always come up with suitable options for me based on budget and family requirements. So far all of our holidays have been really enjoyable so I keep going back and always recommend them to friends and colleagues. Lisa has looked after me the last two to three times and is always helpful even though I have set her a couple of challenges!!”

“We received excellent advice and service from Nick. He was honest about the pros and cons of different areas and properties which enabled us to make the right choice for our needs. Prior to booking Nick checked to see who would be sharing the chalet with. We had a great week with a fun group of people in a beautiful chalet and wonderful catering and service.”

“Everything was organised and sorted by snow finders nothing was too much trouble even sorted ski hire & lessons ! Hotel was superb - flights / transfers just flowed perfectly will be back next year as not only great service prices are keen”

“Went off without a hitch with the usual superbly arranged trip. Having everything arranged by the experts, doubles the holiday enjoyment when you know all your requirements have been sorted, even down to flying from a local airport rather than a major hub miles away. Well done Snowfinders....”

“We have booked several holidays with Snowfinders. They have always found us the holiday of our choice at a competitive price. All the staff we have spoken to are easy to deal with and the service they provide feels personal. We like our booking being handled by a named person who is willing to answer any questions, no matter how trivial.”

“Firstly, they found me the ski trip I wanted, when I wanted it, and very quickly indeed. And the price was right. Thereafter, contact with their staff was timely, very clear and included all the necessary paperwork in good time. I telephoned the company a few times to confirm details and I received a warm and professional every time. All this gave me utmost confidence that I was in good hands, and that my ski trip would be successful, which it was. Snowfinders took the hard work out of my trip planning and I would not hesitate to use them again.”
